Check in time is from 2:00 pm
Check out time is by 10:00 am.
When leaving before 7:30 am on weekdays and 8:00 am on weekends and Public Holidays, please ensure to pay any incidental costs the night before, lock the room and drop the key in the slot at Reception.
Age: You must be 18 years or over. Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking and Proof of ID will be required on arrival and presentation of credit card.
All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by credit card details and will the card will be debited the first nights accommodation at the time of reservation.
All cancellations must be received no later than 2 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel 2 days prior to your arrival or less, you will be charged 100% of the first nights accommodation amount. This includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival.
Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers a no cancellation policy applies, therefore no refunds or changes permitted.
All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.
Refunds will only be made the to the credit card debited for the original transaction.
All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15%. All accounts must be settled directly with Lodge Bordeaux in New Zealand Dollars.
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate. Fluctuations – This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we must convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available on request.
